I liked about this hotel!

Cleanliness, unprofessional desk people.

I will never stay at a crestwoods suites again. The room had a kitchenette with it, but the towels that were suppose to be used in the kitchen were the exact same towels as in the bathroom. No bucket for ice; no paper towels or Kleenex; one bar of soap to be used in either kitchen, bathtub or bathroom sink;

Called to reserve double bed, they didn't reserve it.

It is a nice hotel inside and outside. The only thing I would fix is a cleaner bathroom.

The bathtub was grimy, so didn't even dare use the shower. There were stains on the bath sink, the kitchen stove wasn't working.

Cleaning staff should be trained more to ensure that guests don't feel icky when they enter the room. Could get a better hotel for my price. Always had bad experiences with Crestwood Suites. I'd give them just a one star. ...read more
